All tariffs are per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis.

To confirm a provisional booking we require a £20 deposit per room per night within 10 days of a provisional booking being made.

We have 3 deluxe double rooms which all have handmade 4 poster beds. Two of the three also have a whirlpool bath while the third is the largest of our deluxe doubles and has space for a camp-bed or cot.

Our rooms are ideally suited for wedding guests, tourists and people travelling on business.

We have easy access from the A74M for people travelling both North and South. There is ample parking and extensive gardens and grounds for you to enjoy.
